Leni meets leaders and teams where they are and helps them move forward with clarity and confidence. She works across industries, bringing deep systemic insight combined with genuine human connection.
Leaders value her ability to cut through complexity and pinpoint what truly matters, ask the questions that unlock new perspectives, and create the trust that makes real transformation possible. She is known for her warmth, wisdom, and ability to hold space for both challenge and support. With more than 20 years of experience, five international certifications, and ongoing studies in applied neuroscience, Leni continues to push the boundaries of leadership and team development.
Her work helps leaders and teams navigate complexity with clarity, strengthen collaboration, and build cultures that deliver lasting results. She blends evidence-based frameworks with genuine human connection to create authentic, sustainable impact.

Marin E. Jebsen | Operational & Development Manager
Marin builds the systems and infrastructure that make relationship intelligence accessible and actionable for organizations. She translates c-momentum’s systems intelligence into practical, scalable solutions that leaders can use immediately.
Her foundation in frontline social work with children and teens in institutional care taught her to recognize the invisible human dynamics that either enable or constrain what’s possible. These are the same patterns that determine whether organizational capability can activate and deliver results.
Marin designs operational systems and service concepts that help executive teams navigate complexity with clarity. She builds infrastructure that strengthens organizational foundations and translates strategic capability into sustainable impact.
